The Max Bell Health Centre strives to provide exceptional care to our students, staff and faculty. We aim to provide care in ways that best meet your needs and schedules. However, missed clinic appointments impact our ability to provide quality services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or email at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice for physician services will result in a $ 40.00 “no show” charge. Office staff are readily available to help reschedule your appointment during clinic hours.

If you arrive to an appointment more than 15 minutes late we will cancel your appointment, unless you provide notice you are running late.
