Join Cape Breton University in an exciting 7-year, research initiative aimed at strengthening the ability for older to age in the right place (AIRP) by integrating healthcare, housing, and social support services to rural communities across Nova Scotia’s Eastern Health Zone.
To achieve our goal, we will collaborate with the communities to design, implement, and evaluate several interventions aimed at helping senior adults stay in their home for as long they choose. The initiative involves a multidisciplinary team of researchers in social work, architecture, communication, policy, nursing, medicine, pharmacy and healthy aging, along with community and government organizations and academic institutions.
We are seeking a Project Manager under the direction of Dr. Alison Grittner, to join our unique and innovative project. This position requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate large teams. As a Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and executing a transformative initiative, working closely with a dynamic team of experts. This position may allow for a hybrid work environment. This position is pending budgetary approval.
