#CBURoadSqaud Adds a Member and Hits the Island Seven Days a Week

Cape Breton, NS

The #CBURoadsquad has returned for another exciting summer on Cape Breton Island. With so many events happening and so much to do, the Squad has upped their game and moved to a seven day a week model. In order to safely make this a reality, the obvious next step was to add another member! So, Karley Bernard, a third-year Bachelor of Arts student from Paq’tnkek First Nation will now join Emma and Kenzie on their summer adventures.
“I’m very excited about joining the #CBURoadSquad and the #CBUStaycation challenge,” says Karly. “I’m especially thrilled about the breathtaking hikes, walks and any water activities featured on the list, and of course, the challenge of seeing a movie at the Cape Breton Drive-In. It’s going to be a great summer!”
The #CBURoadSquad will be exploring and attending events island-wide in the #CBURoadSquad cruiser powered by Ramsay’s Honda. They’ll be visiting all of the towns, villages and communities that make Cape Breton the #1 Island Destination in North America. So when you see them out and about, make sure to say hi and pick up some CBU swag.
And don’t forget to ask them about the #CBUStaycation Challenge and how you can enter to win the Ultimate #CBUstaycation prize package. Valued at over $7000 and with something for everyone, you won’t want to miss a chance to play along.

Have an event coming up this summer that you’d like the Squad to attend? Book the cruiser today! For summer-long updates, follow the @cburoadsquad on Twitter and Instagram.
