Taming the Procrastination Dragon – PAW 2025 Virtual Session

The CBU student community is invited to the Taming the Procrastination Dragon virtual session for Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) 2025. This event will take place on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 4:00-5:00pm via Zoom. Thanks to guest speaker, CBU’s own Tammy Byrne, all sessions are completely free for CBU students.

Join guest speakers, Mike Murray of Conestoga College, who will explore why we procrastinate and more importantly learn how to procrastinate less! The procrastination dragon can be tamed! Learn how and start getting things done!

Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) is an LSAC-funded cross-institutional collaboration that invites post-secondary students to learn more about procrastination, develop effective habits, connect with one another and make progress on their end-of-term to do lists
