Study Hall with the Pomodoro Technique – PAW 2025 Virtual Session

The CBU student community is invited to the Study Hall with the Pomodoro Technique virtual session for Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) 2025. This event will take place on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 11:00am-1:00pm via Zoom. Thanks to guest speaker, CBU’s own Tammy Byrne, all sessions are completely free for CBU students.

Join Amanda Blais for a virtual Study Hall, where students can’t put the Pomodoro technique into practice as they study, write and focus during this two-hour stretch.

Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) is an LSAC-funded cross-institutional collaboration that invites post-secondary students to learn more about procrastination, develop effective habits, connect with one another and make progress on their end-of-term to do lists
