The CBU student community is invited to the Productive Procrastination: Pocket Time and Prioritization virtual session for Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) 2025. This event will take place on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 3:00-3:30pm via Zoom. Thanks to guest speaker, CBU’s own Tammy Byrne, all sessions are completely free for CBU students.
Join guest speakers, Darcy Falkenhagen, Laurie Jarvis and Sarah Somerville of Selkirk College, who will explore ways students can reframe their relationship to procrastination, making it work for them rather than against them. We will highlight using pocket time, task prioritization and planning, and the importance of rest.
Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) is an LSAC-funded cross-institutional collaboration that invites post-secondary students to learn more about procrastination, develop effective habits, connect with one another and make progress on their end-of-term to do lists
