The CBU student community is invited to the Procrastination as a Trauma Response: Strategies for Managing Triggers and Getting Work Done virtual session for Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) 2025. This event will take place on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, from 2:00-2:30pm via Zoom. Thanks to guest speaker, CBU’s own Tammy Byrne, all sessions are completely free for CBU students.

Join guest speaker, Cara Violini of Athabasca University, who will address procrastination as a trauma response and strategies that students can use to mitigate triggers will accomplishing their tasks.

Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) is an LSAC-funded cross-institutional collaboration that invites post-secondary students to learn more about procrastination, develop effective habits, connect with one another and make progress on their end-of-term to do lists
