International Student Pre-Departure Series Part Three: Meet Our Student Placement Officers

Welcome to Cape Breton University! We at the International Student and Study Abroad Centre are excited to meet you online as you begin your university journey.

This is part three of our pre-departure series, which is an opportunity for students to get the necessary information and ask questions before beginning courses in September. It will be in six parts and take place on Zoom. Prizes will be drawn after each part of the series.

For the third part of the series, Student Placement Officer Jennifer Muise from Career Services will discuss what you should know before going out on a work placement. Other topics to be covered include:

• Understanding your study permit conditions as it relates to on-campus and off-campus work
