The CBU student community is invited to the Get It Done! Why Framing Your Task Matters virtual session for Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) 2025. This event will take place on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 3:00-4:00pm via Zoom. Thanks to guest speaker, CBU’s own Tammy Byrne, all sessions are completely free for CBU students.
Join guest speakers, Heather Grierson, who will teach participants what procrastination is and why it is so difficult to overcome and will guide participants through a task-framing exercise, which will then be followed by a workshop.
Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) is an LSAC-funded cross-institutional collaboration that invites post-secondary students to learn more about procrastination, develop effective habits, connect with one another and make progress on their end-of-term to do lists
