Gearing Up for a Good Finale: Planting Seeds of Rest and Rejuvenation in Students – PAW 2025 Virtual Session

The CBU student community is invited to the Gearing Up for a Good Finale: Planting Seeds of Rest and Rejuvenation in Students virtual session for Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) 2025. This event will take place on Monday, March 3, 2025, from 4:00-6:00pm via Zoom. Thanks to guest speaker, CBU’s own Tammy Byrne, all sessions are completely free for CBU students.

Join guest speakers, Tiara Cash of Crowned Vitta LLC and Elder Ruth Scalplock, who will focus on reducing stress by centering mindfulness and contemplative practices in our own lives and focusing on the lives of those we care about.

Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) is an LSAC-funded cross-institutional collaboration that invites post-secondary students to learn more about procrastination, develop effective habits, connect with one another and make progress on their end-of-term to do lists
