Join the CBU community for a three-day event, Collide-Discover, that showcases the entrepreneurial process and encourages students to think about entrepreneurship for their future. The event can be attended through registration only and will take place from Friday, September 27, to Sunday, September 29 in room CE-241. Applications will be open until September 20, 2024.
This event, in collaboration with Dalhousie University, is a weekend boot-camp that will teach students with an entrepreneurial mind how to find their market, identify and reach customers and explore topics such as the Business Model Canvas and Design Thinking. This is a great opportunity for students in all areas of study; Science, Engineering, Business and the Arts and Humanities to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, meet like-minded peers and receive mentorship. As an added benefit, CBU students who attend will receive a co-curricular credit that will appear on their academic record.
The full schedule is as follows:
Friday, September 27 – 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Saturday, September 28 – 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
Sunday, September 29 – 9:30 am – 3:00 pm
