CBU Campus: Henna Tattooing, Crafts and Traditional Lunch

At CBU, we recognize the importance of taking the time to celebrate special occasions with our students. October 24 marks the beginning of Diwali, India’s biggest and most important holiday of the year. Diwali is celebrated by followers of Hinduism, Jainism, Sikhism and Buddhism and is often considered the most unifying celebration in India.

Join us in the main cafeteria and the Pit Lounge on Monday, October 24, from 11:00am-2:00pm for henna tattoos, crafts, music and more! Chartwells will also be offering a special traditional lunch for $5 from 11:00am-2:00pm.

From everyone at Cape Breton University, Happy Diwali!
