The CBU student community is invited to the Bouncing Back from Academic Setbacks virtual session for Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) 2025. This event will take place on Monday, March 3, 2025, from 2:00-2:30pm via Zoom. Thanks to guest speaker, CBU’s own Tammy Byrne, all sessions are completely free for CBU students.
Join guest speaker, Wendy Latimer, who will examine our perceptions of failure and the relationship between making mistakes and learning. This presentation frames our responses to academic setbacks in terms of a cycle, explores the value of analyzing errors and gives some ideas on how to recover.
Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) is an LSAC-funded cross-institutional collaboration that invites post-secondary students to learn more about procrastination, develop effective habits, connect with one another and make progress on their end-of-term to do lists
