CBU invites applications for the Research and Project Accountant. This is a full-time continuing position.
The successful candidate will be working in conjunction with the Manager of Financial Compliance and Special Projects to further the goals and objectives of CBU. The successful candidate is responsible for processing all financial transactions, financial reporting, and accountability related to externally funded projects at CBU.
The successful candidate will communicate with funding agencies as required and serve as the primary liaison with project managers to ensure all financial reporting obligations related to externally funded projects are met. The successful candidate will also assist with preparation for the annual financial audit of CBU, along with being required to complete special projects as assigned.
