CBU invites applications for the Project Coordinator. This is a full-time limited term position for approximately 6-months.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and coordination of EDI initiatives at our university. Reporting to University Counsel and working closely with the Director (Student Affairs) and Director (Human Resources), the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of Year 1 of the university’s workplace EDI plan while promoting a culture of equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. The role involves working with various stakeholders, including senior leaders, faculties, departments, unions, and students to enhance the University’s EDI profile.
