Mi’kmaw Ethics Watch Coordinator

CBU invites applications for the Mi’kmaw Ethics Watch Coordinator position. This is a Full Time Limited Term.

The successful candidate will ensure a timely Mi’kmaw community ethical review of submitted research projects through the various stages of ethical review of research proposals to the final communicating of the decision to the researcher. The successful candidate will also become familiar with all the processes to be able to educate researchers, reviewers, and the general public who are interested in conducting formal research involving Mi’kmaq (L’nuk) People and communities.

The union affiliation of this position is with the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 3131. Salary level is Band 4.
