CBU invites applications for the position Manager, Undergraduate Programs in Education. This is a Full-Time Continuing Role (Subject to Budget Approval).
As a professional staff member of the Education Department, the Manager has the over-arching responsibility for the academic and administrative support aspects of undergraduate education programs and oversees program quality assurance for both the academic and administrative components of undergraduate offerings in the department.
The successful candidate will be required to chair the B.Ed program curriculum committee and Program admissions committee. Other duties and not limited to this role will include evaluating and managing the programs quality assurance, represent CBU Education Department on provincial and regional committees and report pertinent information and opportunities to the Department and Dean of Education and Health. The candidate will also advise and support undergraduate students throughout the course selection and registration process and Facilitate student applications for teacher certification.
