CBU invites applications for the Manager, Canadian Recruitment. This is a full-time limited term position.
The successful candidate will lead and oversees all aspects of Canadian Recruitment efforts and the subsequent national partnerships as it pertains to Cape Breton University. The successful candidate will lead and operationalize national recruitment efforts, identifying areas of opportunity for student recruitment, aligned with the strategic enrolment management plan. The successful candidate will also identifie and manage partnerships across the country to help strengthen brand awareness and enhance student recruitment efforts.
This position has a national scope, managing a team of Recruitment and Engagement Specialists located across Canada while providing direct guidance to localized staff based on campus.
