Facilities management supports CBU’s overall mission by effectively and efficiently delivering a multitude of diverse functions. Specifically, the department is responsible for:
- utilities services
- facilities maintenance and repair
- alterations and renovations to existing facilities
- campus security
- food services

CBU has four residences with a variety of housing options available to students. The most recent residence, Harriss Hall, includes a modern dining hall where students can choose items from prepared menus or prepare their own meal in the fully-stocked “Pantry” area.
Our Library has seen a makeover in recent years. Below are some images of some of the finished upgrades.
