Are you interested in recruitment, human resources, and helping connect talented people with exciting career opportunities?
As a Talent Acquisition Co-op, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of recruitment processes and HR initiatives while working closely with Nova Scotia Power’s Talent Acquisition team.
We are currently hiring two Co-op students for the Winter 2027 Co-op Term. In these roles, you’ll contribute to candidate sourcing, interview coordination, applicant tracking, recruitment administration, and talent programs that support both operational and strategic hiring initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about recruitment best practices, talent acquisition processes, and HR systems while helping create a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for students who enjoy a mix of recruitment, administration, customer service, coordination, and relationship-building. You’ll develop practical HR skills, gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, and contribute to meaningful people-focused initiatives.
