Position: Junior Associate, Genesis, Portfolio Operations (Co-op position)

Core responsibilities:
• Performing source of fund checks on incoming wires for subscriptions and capital calls, as per
internal and regulatory policies;
• Completing daily cash reconciliations on client collections accounts;
• Communicating with internal parties to resolve discrepancies;
• Participating in project based work and other duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
• A co-op university student, in good academic standing, currently pursuing an accounting,
finance or economic major
• Demonstrate an ability to multi-task, exercise initiative and work effectively within a team
environment
• Understanding of securities such as equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options, etc.
preferred but not required
• Proven investigative, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate a diligent and methodical approach to tasks
• Strong time management and organizational skills
Compensation
This role earns an hourly wage of $18.00 CAD, working 37.5 hours per week. This is a 16 week co-op
position.
Start Date – January 5, 2026
End Date – April 24, 2026
