Core responsibilities:
• Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers accurately and efficiently. Support
the quality control review process of daily deliverables following company and department
policies and procedures relating to investor registration, dealing, reporting and cash.
• Maintain up-to-date investor records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory
requirements. Be a main contact for daily client inquiries and deliverables within your team,
striving to complete deliverables within Service level agreements, escalate any client or
deliverable issues where required and appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including client services and fund accounting, to address
investor inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Respond to queries from Clients, Investors,
Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard and provide
assistance and guidance to the team members in query responses.
• Work with immediate Line Manager on testing, change requests and adoption of new
technologies to enhance service offering.

Key Requirements:
• A co-op university student, in good academic standing, currently pursuing an accounting,
finance or economic major
• Demonstrate an ability to multi-task, exercise initiative and work effectively within a team
environment
• Understanding of securities such as equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options, etc.
preferred but not required
• Proven investigative, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate a diligent and methodical approach to tasks
• Strong time management and organizational skills
Compensation
This role earns an hourly wage of $18.00 CAD, working 37.5 hours per week. This is a 16 week co-op
position.
Start Date – January 5, 2026
End Date – April 24, 2026
