We are currently looking to fill the position of Co-op Environmental Scientist, to join our Environmental Services team in a temporary position, reporting to the Manager, Environment, T&D. As part of the Environmental Services team the Co-op Environmental Scientist will gain exposure to environmental aspects of electricity generation across Nova Scotia Power, including generation and transmission & distribution. You will work with Environmental Scientist and Engineer team members, internal departments, and external contractors in providing this support.
You will also provide support on environmental science related to regulatory (environmental) approvals and monitoring programs.
