Junior Associate, Portfolio Operations (Co-op position)

Core responsibilities:
•Performing source of fund checks on incoming wires for subscriptions and capital calls, as per internal and regulatory policies;
•Completing daily cash reconciliations on client collections accounts;
•Communicating with internal parties to resolve discrepancies;
•Participating in project based work and other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:
• Registered in a University Co-op program: good academic standing and pursuing an accounting, finance or economic major
•Demonstrate an ability to multi-task, exercise initiative and work effectively within a team environment
•Possess strong PC-based experience, data management, and administrative support skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Demonstrate a diligent and methodical approach to tasks.
•Strong time management and organizational skills.

Compensation
This role earns an hourly wage of $18.00CAD, working 37.5 hours per week. This is a 16 week co-op position.
Start Date – May 5, 2025
End Date – August 22, 2025
