The Master of Digital Marketing (MDM) at Cape Breton University equips students to lead and innovate in today’s data‑driven, AI‑enabled marketplace. In just 16-months, students will build the strategic mindset and technical skill set employers demand, blending marketing strategy, analytics, consumer behaviour, and the responsible use of AI and automation.
Through immersive labs, case studies, and culminating in a Master’s project, students will apply classroom learning with the same tools trusted by industry to solve real‑world challenges. Program Delivery & Structure
The MDM program is offered in-person on CBU’s campus with both full-time (16-months) and part-time study options available. In the final study semester, students will complete a Master’s project in collaboration with external partner organizations, ensuring practical, real-world application of digital marketing principles.
Co-op is not offered within the Master of Digital Marketing program, however, students complete a Master’s Project during their final semester. This capstone experience provides the opportunity to collaborate with external partner organizations, allowing students to apply digital marketing concepts in real-world settings and gain valuable, hands-on experience.
