IT Services Support

The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for IT Services and offers a variety of technical services, such as:

  • Assistance with usernames and passwords to access the CBU network, Moodle, Compass
  • Support for internet access using your personal computer or laptop in the various public access areas on campus, including from the CBU campus wide WiFi network
  • Email support
  • General software support for lab installed software
  • Audio-visual questions and support
  • Telephone and wireless support
  • Logging Service Requests

Students: To receive IT support, please email IT_Services@cbu.ca
Faculty & Staff: To receive IT support, please submit an IT Support Ticket.

IT Service Desk Hours

January 5 – April 6

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

April 7 – July 31st

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

August 4 – August 28

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

August 31 – December 4

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

December 5 – December 23

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

 

Note: Closures for Holidays will be in accordance with the University’s Important Dates Calendar. Changes to Regular Hours will be posted on this page and at the Service Desk.
