Public Sector Compensation Disclosure

The Public Sector Compensation Disclosure Act of Nova Scotia states that all public sector organizations in the province, including universities, are required to publicly report on employees whose compensation exceeds $100,000. This Act was developed to provide the general public with greater transparency of government spending.

To comply with this Act,  Cape Breton University is publishing the names and earnings of employees who received $100,000 or more in total compensation in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020, including salaries and other payments.

This list will be updated on an annual basis.
