CBU invites applications for the Donor Stewardship Assistant. This is a part-time continuing position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational day-to-day data entry into the organization’s constituent database (Ellucian CRM Advance). This position will interact with the Assistant to the Vice President, Manager, Development Operations and Vice President Development, in addition to the CBU Finance department and the Research and Project Financial Assistant in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under time constraints while maintaining flexibility and efficiency.
This role is predicated on dealing with confidential data relating to financial and donor information.Professionalism and confidentiality is important in this role. Attention to detail is vital.
Hours are between 20-25 a week, this may result in 3 days a week or full mornings/afternoons 5 days per week.
