looking to fill the position of Engineering Co-op Student.

Accountabilities:

As the successful candidate, you will work with the operational technology supporting NS Powers
Geographic Interface System (GIS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) and
Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) systems. Your work will include:

• Participating in projects to advance the current use of these systems and projects to
introduce new functionality to them.

• Completing studies on and analysis of the data collected by the OT system.

• Updating and developing business process and compliance documents to support OT systems.

• Hold safety paramount in all activities

You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers, by observing and ensuring
compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.

Skills, Capabilities and Experience:

You must be working towards an Electrical Engineering degree and be in your 1st or 2nd year of
university.

You must be motivated and self-directed and have the ability to work with limited supervision. You
must demonstrate excellent computer skills. Familiarity with Excel macros programming, and/or
power system courses an asset.
