It takes a special person to become a retail store manager. You are responsible for so many functions – sales, inventory control, community relations, developing your people. We offer an intensive management development program to graduates in this role, but are now also offering summer, student opportunities.
You will work closely with the store manager to lead a business project. Returning students can increase responsibility each summer as they learn the skills needed to succeed as a store manager. After college or university graduation, your development continues by working in different size stores and in different regions.
