The Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for utilizing virtual and digital technology in the pursuit of strategic direction. Establishing the Prism brand in new and existing channels and creating opportunities for further development through the utilization of new technology.

  • Collect and analyze market data to identify market needs, develop and execute go to market business development tactics.
  • Develop & lead innovative relationship market engagements utilizing technology in a hybrid environment.
  • Strengthen existing markets & pursue high value business opportunities to expand markets.
  • Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats and referrals at any given time
  • Assist in the development, utilization, and integration of an automated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.


  • Post-Secondary Education/ Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years business development experience B2B, ideally in a fast-moving technology company or similar.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and cloud-based applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with superior skills in Zoom.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and an astute understanding of business processes.
  • Knowledge or experience in lighting, architectural, design, electrical or construction industry.
  • A stellar virtual presenter & speaker that can connect with a diverse audience.
  • Experience using digital business development tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, etc. and social media applications.
  • English (required)
  • French (nice to have)
