Job Overview
Howatt HR is seeking a Survey Scripting Specialist to join our Halifax based team. In this
position you will work closely with our technical team and clients to ensure we are capturing
the required data to conduct a thoughtful analysis of the psychological health and wellbeing
of the organization. You will manage the end-to-end process from initial evaluation of client
requirements to the final delivery of a quality programmed survey. The ideal candidate will be
able to work independently, is detail oriented and is committed to consistently producing high
quality products to our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Evaluate surveys to determine the best programming approach
• On the survey platform personally program interactive surveys for web methods, following
client specifications and timelines.
• Customize tool to client’s specifications
• Manage multiple projects independently ensuring timely and effective delivery of services
• Remain up to date on work and respond effectively to changes and adjustments required
by the client.
Qualifications
• Degree in computing, market research, data analysis or relevant work experience.
• 1+ year work experience in a technology company
• Experience in survey creation an asset
• Programming experience with CCS and Java Script
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong sense of logic to be able to understand complex survey structures.
• Strong communication skills, bilingual English and French considered an asset.
