We are currently looking to fill the term position of IT Service Management Analyst, in our Information Technology department.

Please note we are looking to have this position start on April 25th, 2022.

Accountabilities:

We are looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The individual must possess solid customer service and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Under the direction of Manager IT Service Delivery, this individual is accountable to provide support to the IT Service Delivery team. This work will include:

  • Responsible to assist IT service delivery asset management, contract management (hardware products and software licenses, cloud services subscription etc.), discrepancy analysis.
  • Responsible for generating requisition request in financial management systems, end to end IT Procurement process support for technology products and services via various vendors procurement sites.
  • Service billing and usage entry, general asset management and asset reporting.
  • Responsible to assist with renewing contracts and service agreements.
  • Contact with internal customers, stakeholders, external vendors via email and/or phone. The ability to concisely explain the problem and resolution is an asset.

You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.

Skills, Capabilities and Experience:

  • High School Diploma and minimum 1-2 years of post-secondary education with a focus on information management and business-related programs of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of and proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word, Teams) is required and other computer applications would be an asset.
  • Previous customer service experience considered an asset.
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems considered an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and on site when required.
