Nuwelcom is a quickly growing 2 1/2-year-old Social Enterprise that builds technology to instantly deliver personalized, translated, certified official information to smartphones in multiple languages. We are unique because of our commitmentto the privacy of our users demonstrated by never selling theirdata. We givesubscribers information they can use, when they need it in their own language. We have 7500 daily users on PEI alone.Now we are expanding throughout Atlantic Canada.

 

We are commercializing one of our digital messaging tools which has a globally unique selling advantage. We need a sales leader to sell this tool in pre-sales and to direct international sales immediately following the world-wide release.

You have post-secondary credentials or equivalent work experience.

You can understand and direct all parts of the buyers journey including assessment and planning, implementation and onboarding, conversion and expansion,  and short-term post-sales support and research.
You have 3+ years’ experience of leading Pre-Sales campaigns.
You have strong knowledge of app industry, best practice tools, systems and processes for Pre-Sales.
You have some familiarity with high business-level skills within Salesforce or similar CRM .
You are amanager experienced in building highly productive, large-scale and geographically diverse teams
You have experience in developing innovative strategies for driving engagement and adoption of technology solutions by customers
You have the intellectual curiosity to learn about the many nuances of Nuwelcom.
You are highly analytical and commercially astute.

You have strong verbal and written skills with a strong ability to articulate and communicate strategies and plans in English and some other language(s).
You are an organized,happy, empathetic, responsible,person who believes in equity, inclusion and having fun while doing something super-valuable.

You are a good listener who gets things done on time who wants to join a growing movement of welcoming people.

 

What You Will Do

 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Planning / architecting customer solutions.

Designing, developing and providing technical demos.

Development and delivery of Pre-Sales plan.
Overseeing project management including documentation.
Implementing proof of concepts for customers.

Implementing / testing and deliveringof sales strategy.
Developing customer leads andsetting them up.

Creating and assessing post implementation reviews.
Anticipate customer needs based on common industry trends.

Collaborating with other team members to create the simplest most effective payment portal options for the customer.
Building, managing and motivating a geographically diverse team.

Success in this role will be measured by:

Achievement of milestones to plan.

Achieving Pre-Sales and CRM system and tool adoption to enable monitoring of Sales Operations.

Delineation of clear roles and responsibilities between Sales, Pre-Sales and Operations teams.

 

The person in this role will collaborate with our Tech Lead sharingresponsibilities including:

Buyer enablement & value engineering
Creating prospect demo automation
Creating content, FAQs and pitch support
Creating value engineering business cases – proof of value
Creating closed loop customer feedback collection assessments

Where and When You Will Do It

This position will report directly to the Co-CEOs Duncan McIntosh & Khalid Shami

Ideally this candidate will be based in Charlottetown PE or somewhere in Atlantic Canada.We will also consider remote candidates within Canadian time zones.

 

The Position begins April 3, 2023

 

What you get

 

Salary: $75,000 –$125,000 annually depending on experience, job performance, and bonuses
