About ADaPT: 

ADaPT is a cost-free skills development, career coaching, and work placement program for workers in Canada with a post-secondary degree or students completing their final semester.

89% of ADaPT participants in the past have landed paid work placements upon completion of the program. 

Successful applicants will be randomized into either the instructor-led virtual classroom stream, to participate in self-directed online learning modules, or control group.

Eligibility Criteria:
