PART-TIME: Social Media and Newsletter Coordinator

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance SST’s online presence
  • Create engaging and shareable content for various platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Monitor social media channels for relevant content
  • Provide training to Dean’s Office administrators on continued use

Newsletter Creation:

  •   Help curate and write content for a newsletter highlighting SST’s achievements, updates, etc.
  •   Design visually appealing newsletters using appropriate tools
  •   Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and updates


Student Status:

  • Currently enrolled as a student with a focus on marketing, communications, or related fields

Social Media Savvy:

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
  • Experience with content creation and management

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner


  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Strong attention to detail in content creation


  • Familiarity with social media management tools and newsletter platforms
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus

Position is a maximum of 8 hours per week and will end August 31, 2024
