individuals that possess the education, skills and experience needed to contribute to our Trade
Accelerator Program

Navigate Startup House is dedicated to support high growth businesses in Cape Breton. We work with
cutting-edge local companies and we want you to be a part of our team. We are currently in search of a
number of team members to create a new export oriented business development unit. The successful
candidates will display critical problem solving abilities, offer excellent client support and work well with a
team of creative professionals. This is a fantastic development opportunity for the right candidate to
engage in a creative work environment that offers the ability to develop their skills to advance their career
and complete this 12-month term well prepared to employ the skills they acquire with another local

We will be filling positions in:
● Market Research
● Marketing and Promotion
● Graphic and Media Design
● Social Media and Internet Technology
● Financial Planning
● Proposal Writing
● Business Planning
● Prototype Design and Development

Successful applicants will possess a recent degree or diploma in a field associated with each of the
available positions for which they are applying. Applicants may be considered for multiple available
positions depending on education and experience.

These are all 12-month term-positions designed to harness the skills of each Trade Accelerator Program
team members in the service of business planning and development for local Cape Breton companies
interested in expanding into national and international export markets.
