Role: Marketing Assistant/ Social Media Content Creator

Job description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job are not limited to:

Social Media page handler/Digital Marketing: To manage the social media pages for the company, making social media monthly calendars, and posts and tracking the status of the market with the competitors and targeted audience. The poster should be as per the color pallet and vision of the company.

Content Creator: Should be able to think broadly and be aware of the need for the content and design accordingly. To make customers aware of our services and how we are better than our competitors.

Customer Handling: To understand the deliverable to the customer as per the core mission of the company and provide them the guidance as per the training and schedule their meeting with our RCIC member or answer them on calls.

Branding and Advertisement: We are committed to our customers and take pain in their file processing and will be welcoming innovative ideas for establishing the branch here in Sydney. Brainstorming for doing certain exercises such as virtual or in-person seminars and letting people feel the difference.

 

Qualifications:

  • In college or university studying or having completed a Business Management or Business Analytical program or a relevant program

 

Experience:

  • Customer service/Digital marketer/Content Creator/Branding: 2 years (preferred)
  • Experience in immigration, customer service, and digital marketing/sales will be preferred.
  • Should have knowledge of software like Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.
  • Verbal and Written Communication: the ability to interact with customers and answer them appropriately on calls or by email.

 

Contract length: 3-4 months

 

Salary: $ 14.65/hr
