A day in the life:

You start your day with daily huddle with the team to gain alignment on shared and individual priorities, share wins and get help with issues.

 

You’ll then dive into the day’s work! Whether you’re working to add value by automating the process through custom applications development. Through the day, you will be doing peer code reviews and providing technical guidance to developers and ensuring we are deploying quality solution and products.

 

Along the way you’ll zero in on opportunities to educate users, automate the mundane, root cause issues, and improve processes; ensuring we’re all better enabled achieve our objectives day after day.

Your Focus:

  • Assist with the implementation and configuration of different business applications, customizing the product to meet specific customer needs
  • Develop and support custom applications using full technology stack.
  • Analyzing and understanding business requirements and translating those to deliverable customizations
  • Develop high level technical specifications and support documentation in precedent of deliverables.
  • Improve the performance, availability, and scalability of our platform’s and connected ecosystem.
  • Ability to shift between a creative and a technical focus depending on the task assigned.
  • Peer code reviews with senior developers.
  • Provide input to technical product features and user experience.
  • Communication of project technical status to IT and Customer stakeholders
  • Work in Waterfall/Agile environment and be involved in all technical activities within the team such as estimating, sprint planning, testing, document creation and production support.

You Have:

  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft technologies, custom configuration, integration, support.
  • Development skills in C#, .Net, Xamarin, Angular, X++, SQL, TSQL, SSRS
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Experience building, deployment, and migration of Microsoft solutions across environments (Dev thru Prod)
  • Strong debugging skills
  • Familiarity with data entities and the Data Management Framework
  • Post-secondary education in computer science or a related discipline
  • The ability to work independently and manage time accordingly.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A continuous development mindset with a focus on professional development and growth
  • Good understanding of performance, accessibility, and security aspects of software development/testing
  • Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude

  • Exposure to Finance and Operations app in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Exposure to building, testing and maintaining secure cloud applications and services.
  • Exposure to rapid application development platform (Microsoft Power Platform solutions)
  • Exposure to design and implement build and release pipelines.
