 Location: Saint John or Fredericton, New Brunswick


The Data Analyst will be a collaborative member of the Data Analytics team, working closely with business leaders to develop new analysis and reporting capabilities that drive real solutions. They will employ their skills to connect to a variety of data sources to prepare and cleanse data for the creation of reports and dashboards, making sense of information in new and efficient ways. The Data Analyst exemplifies excellent communication skills, they’re solutions focused and have technical expertise that drives their success. They are results-driven and value continuous learning and mastering new skills. They are also a strong team player and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment. The Data Analyst reports to the Team Lead, Data Analytics.

 Your Focus:

  • Provide technical expertise and a focused data lens to business users to support their goals
  • Explore and investigate data to develop reports and dashboards that provide insights to make critical business decisions and follow best practices
  • Bring best practices to the fore in visualization and design for UI/UX
  • Work with teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve data quality and integrity issues
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities driving operational efficiencies and actively seeking new ways to do things better
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support analytics platforms
  • Participate in continual learning and ensuring adherence to best practices

You Have:

  • Relevant experience or post-secondary education in Business, Finance or Computer Science
  • Knowledge or experience in 1 or more of the following: Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Azure Analytics stack, SQL, R, Python

Technical Skills:

  • Fluent in data blending and cleansing techniques
  • Proficient in Data Visualization and dashboard creation
  • Familiar with common database systems and structures
  • UI/UX Design focused
