Job Description
Please note: This posting is for a 4-month Fall 2022 Student placement with a start date of September 2022, and end date of December 2022. In order to be eligible for this 4-month Student position, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of December 2022; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in December 2022), you must require the full 4-month work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.

What is the opportunity?
The Co-op Analyst, Data Management Operations in Bedford Nova Scotia will be responsible for supporting Data Shared Services in driving business process improvement.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to enhance processes
- Assist in coordinating business requirements and documenting business case
- Assist with process design and intelligent automation
- Help monitor progress on efficiency projects and initiatives
- Track and report on adoption of completed solutions
- Help co-ordinate onboarding to workflow process/tool
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Knowledge of Python
- Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven
- Effective communications skills, both written and oral
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex data environments and related issues
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Nice-to-have
- Reporting / Dashboard capabilities
- MS-Access and other DBMS skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Knowledge of SQL
