Position:
The successful student will support the data and analytical initiatives of the Customer Solutions team and has a strong interest in Electric Vehicles and Customer Experience. Activities include data collection and collation, data analysis, and market analysis reports. We are looking for an analytical-minded individual who is interested in finding data-driven insights to share with the team.

Accountabilities:
• Analyze data related to transactional satisfaction, customer satisfaction, electric vehicle adoption, electric vehicle charging programs, and fleet vehicles
• Support the creation and development of surveys and compile and analyze results
• Review customer transactions and develop a weekly survey list related to transactional satisfaction
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights and communicate results with the team.
• Participate in Customer Solutions team analytical initiatives

You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.

Skills, Capabilities and Experience:
The successful incumbent must have at least two years of their undergraduate degree and is enrolled in a co-op program with a focus in Commerce, Computer Science, Science, or a similar discipline. The candidate must have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with good problem solving techniques. You must be skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, have intermediate project management and analytical skills. Experience with analytics tools and process improvement initiatives would be assets. Knowledge of the industry sector is also considered an asset.

Salary: To commensurate with qualifications and experience.
