- One bedroom available either as a private room for one student, or a couple.
All utilities will be included in tenants rent, which also includes access to laundry and internet. The bedrooms are furnished with basic bedding and pillows. Towels and kitchen supplies are also provided, and the house has a common room with couches and a television. It should be noted that this is NOT a vegetarian household.
The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the house, located on Victoria Road. There are no pets, smoking or drugs permitted in the house.
Rent varies based on shared rooms or private rooms.
Shared bedrooms are $475/Month, per tenant.
Private bedroom is $725/Month in total, or if used by a couple $850/Month.

Send landlord an email with your name, photo identification as well as the period of time you are looking for a room (Start and end dates). Landlords have lots of interest at this time. The rent and deposits are due in full within 24 hours of offering an occupancy. Preference is Interac, however if tenant wants to use a bank transfer or wire transfer, they are responsible for the fees.
