Rent is $1000/Month for the larger bedroom, and $850/Month for the smaller bedroom. There will be a 4-month lease required with half of a month’s rent as a damage deposit.

It may be possible for two people to share the large room (with two beds), in which case the rate would be $750/Month, per person (with private bath).
