$400 Fixed Term Lease
Room #4:
One bed in a shared bedroom, available for one person to rent beginning May 1, 2024. This is shared living, and the tenant would be living with one male roommate that is currently staying in this bedroom. Tenant will have access to common kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and are expected to follow the landlords cleaning program.
All utilities will be included in the tenants rent, with access to WIFI as well.
To be considered, tenant must have the following documents:
- Government issued photo ID (passport or NS drivers license)
- School acceptance letter, or Paystub from current employer
The nearest bus stop is a 10-minute walk from the house.
If accepted, tenant will need to sign a fixed term lease, and provide a $200 security deposit.
Rent is $400/Month.
