Fitness Centre
7:00am-9:00pm Daily excluding holidays and inclement weather closures.
Public Skate
Public Skate Cost: $5 (Children Under 6 are free)
Parent/Tot Skate – Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00-11:00am.
Adult/Senior Skate – Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00am-1:00pm.
Public Skate – Monday to Friday from 2:00-3:00pm.
Free Public Skate – Sunday from 3:00-4:00pm.
CBU Skate
The following skate times are free for CBU Students, Faculty and Staff.
Free CBU REC Learn to Skate – Tuesday from 11:00am-12:00pm *Begins October 14, 2025
Free Collaborative Time Skate – Tuesday from 12:00-1:00pm.
Free CBU Faculty and Staff “Noon Time Shinny” – Thursday from 12:00-1:00pm.
Zumba Classes
Tuesday from 6:00-7:00pm.
Thursday from 5:00-7:00pm.
Friday from 3:00-5:00pm.
Saturday from 12:00-2:00pm.
Kick Boxing
Wednesday from 5:00-6:00pm.
