What do you love about Cape Breton University & your time spent here?: Going to CBU was definitely one of the best decisions I made. I grew as a person and I learnt so much about myself. I really enjoyed the community at CBU, the friendships I formed and the professors I had. I really liked the multicultural aspects CBU offered and the opportunities to be involved in so much. The smaller class size also helped improve my confidence in the classroom and with my public speaking.
Childhood Dream Job: I always wanted to be a doctor since I was a little girl. Most specifically a Pediatrician because I was sick a lot as child and I really love children.
Personal Anthem: My anthem is anything Beyoncé… you name it!

What do you love about Cape Breton University: I think there are so many reasons to love CBU, I like the library rooms where I spent abounding hours preparing for exams, the cafeteria where I shared laughter with friends, Classrooms where I met people from different parts of the world, Students Union blocks where future leaders are carved & many more. CBU has a special place in my heart. It helped me to prepare to take on challenges and get ready for the blissful journey ahead.
Childhood Dream Job: Doctor but I didn’t have a good time with biology. Then changed my mind to become Automobile Engineer.

What do you love about Cape Breton University: Going to CBU was one of the best decisions I ever made. It was a home away from home (Calgary, Alberta). Kind, friendly and helpful professors who knew me by my name. The small class sizes made learning fun. The writing center and community volunteering activities really boosted my confidence level and public speaking skills.

What do you love about Cape Breton University: CBU made my childhood dream of pursuing an MBA abroad come alive. Besides the Community Economic Development component with business studies was the icing on the cake. The time I spent in CBU interacting with professionals and peers from diverse backgrounds helped me broaden my knowledge base and prepare me for future endeavors in Canada and elsewhere.
