Arrival Information

If you have registered for the Preconference Symposium, check-in will take place at the CBU Welcome Centre in the Student Heritage and Culture Centre building Tuesday, May 21st 12:30-1pm.

General Conference Registration will take place on Tuesday, May 21st at the Holiday Inn, lower level from 4-7pm, prior to the Opening Reception.

For attendees arriving on Wednesday, May 22nd, and/or needing directional support, please visit the CBU Welcome Centre in the Student Heritage and Culture Centre building upon arrival.

CBU Campus Parking

If you will be taking your own vehicle to campus during the conference between May 21st – 24th, parking passes will be available at the above conference registration locations.
