Need a little help tying everything together this semester? Attend this session of the Academic Advisor’s Shoelace Series. Just like tying your shoelaces, with practice these tips, tools and support will become automatic and help you thrive as a student. The workshop menu is aligned with your needs as you progress from your first week of the semester to final exam prep – and yes, there will be snacks.

This week’s topic is Semester Mapping: From Syllabus to Success. You don’t need a crystal ball to see how your semester is going to go, Caper. You just need syllabus mapping!  This hands-on workshop will enable you to put pen to paper to translate your syllabus (course outline) into due dates and chart your progress as your marks start rolling in. It really is a simple step you can take to help your future self.
