Join the CBU community for Service Mondays at Cineplex Cinemas, Sydney (325 Prince St). The second of two events will feature the CBRM Fire Safety team and will take place on Monday, June 17, from 11:30am-1:00pm.
During their time, the CBRM Fire Safety team will have a table setup to teach students about the importance of fire safety through methods of prevention, knowing how to check for fire bans, what steps to take in the occurrence of a fire and the necessary precautions to take to prevent fire hazards when living on your own.
CBRM Fire Safety will also be showing students how to properly use a fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
